You can get your own Video Mail Message! If you are not available to answer the Sprint VRS call. Your caller can leave a video mail message for you. The Video Interpreter (VI) will record a signed video message and sends an email with the video attached to your preferred email account then alert you that the video mail delivery has arrived to your e-mail address and/or your wireless device.
To Sign Up
For webcam users:
- Go to www.sprintvrs.com
- Click on the Log in/Register link.
- Register and complete Account Preferences
- Include preferred email account for VRS mail delivery
- An email will be sent with extension number
For videophone users:
- Dial: Help.sprintvrs.tv
- Notify the VRS Customer Service you wish to set up VRS Mail
- Provide your account preferences (VI will ask you questions)
- An email will be sent with extension number
- Print your own personalized business cards
How it works:
- Hearing Caller dials: 877 709 5776
- Recording instructs hearing caller for English press 1 for Espanol press 2.
- Hearing Caller enters 1 or 2 and then enters or provides VI with the VRS user’s extension Number
- Extension number is connected to the VRS user’s IP address from the Account Preference database.
